Came in this afternoon, today's date for the first time. I ordered the Bug, two meats and two sides. I chose the Brisket, ribs and double smoked Mac n cheese. Well done to the pitmaster! Everything was fantastic, meats were deliciously tender. I'll definitely be back!!!

Amazing food, amazing service. I was traveling through Louisville and needed to hit a local spot and Back Deck was perfect. We met the pitmaster and literally let him order for us - and we were blown away. As a North Carolina guy I love bbq and this was a top 5 place I've ever been to.

The food and service was amazing. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. The portion sizes were average for BBQ. However, the pork nachos were massive and very flavorful. First time visiting and I will definitely return especially for the greens which are seasonal.

I travel often on business and my goal is to always find the one restaurant that gets me excited about a return visit to a particular city. Louisville is full of fantastic independent restaurants, and this place stands out. Real barbeque and some of the best brisket and beans I've ever had away from my own back deck!

First time customer here and this place is flirting with some of the best BBQ I've had. I had the pulled pork & brisket with yams & a side of fries. Everything was tender and the sauce was a nice touch! Portion sizes were big so you definitely get your money's worth. Will be back!
